What we collect

• Your Google name and email address, when you sign in with Google. We don't receive your password or access to any other Google data.
• What you submit: the video links or files you send, and when.
• Results: the transcripts and on-screen text we extract, kept only to let you download them.

How we use it

To run the tool, show you your own results, and keep an internal usage log (who ran which videos, and when) so we can manage the service. We don't sell or share this information, and we don't use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Uploaded videos are deleted as soon as they are processed. Results are deleted after 24 hours. The usage log is kept for as long as the service runs, and entries can be removed on request.
