What's in the Excel file
- Summary: one row per video with title, channel, date, captions used, and the on-screen text that wasn't spoken (name captions, intro cards, interviewer questions).
- On-Screen Text: everything shown on screen across all videos, marked as subtitle or not spoken.
- One tab per video: the full timeline with spoken words and on-screen text side by side, each line with a link to that moment in the video.
Takes about 1 minute per minute of video. Spoken words come from YouTube captions, so videos without captions show on-screen text only.
